Our mission is to find creative methods to support the financial needs of businesses pursuing projects that strike us as fiscally sound, but above all, interesting and fun. We are approaching private equity as an alternative to traditional bank lending; as a means of filling the financing gap left by the economic fallout.
We are eager to meet with businesses that can demonstrate both a need for financial assistance and a clear path toward continued success. Our target deal is $400,000 to $4,000,000 in capital, and our geographic focus is currently North and South Carolina.
