Ben’s focus in Sharp Capital Group is strategic investment, financial performance, and due diligence. Ben brings 25+ years of business acumen and success to Sharp Capital Group. His expertise includes the transportation and insurance industries. He has grown companies from inception to multi-million dollar operations and he actively manages his businesses and interests. Ben’s attention to detail, intuition, and success principals add tremendous value to Sharp Capital Group.

Skip is co-founder and managing principal of Sharp Capital Group, LLC. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, existing asset management, business development, and acquisitions. Skip’s primary focus is building the infrastructure, processes, and business strategies for Sharp Capital Group. His 23 years of banking experience include retail, commercial, commercial real estate, private investments, and mortgage banking. His experience includes 13 years with one of the top 10 financial services companies in the U.S., 3 years as SVP with a regional bank, and serving as president of a Community Bank in central North Carolina. In his last banking position, Skip was responsible for running the strategic and daily activities of a $425 million banking operation.
