We are looking for projects that are interesting and will bring financial strength to the local business community. We evaluate a potential partner by first assessing the people, process, and product before evaluating the profit potential. We want the relationship to be meaningful, accomplish interesting objectives, and garner a reasonable return on our time and capital.
When choosing a project to invest in, our primary focus isn’t achieving a specific rate of return. We’re personally engaged in the projects we pursue, so attractive projects are those that are unique and value-adding. We are not seeking mere "cookie cutter" projects as we know there are plenty of providers for such.
